Meet Isa Herrera, MSPT, CSCS
Your Pelvic Health Expert
When I experienced my own pelvic and bladder issues 18 years ago, I was shocked by the lack of natural solutions and the outdated advice I received—even from my own doctor.

Deep down, I knew there had to be a better way—using bodywork, exercises, and breathwork to heal myself."

That’s when I became determined to make sure other women didn’t have to struggle the way I did.

I'm Isa Herrera, MSPT, an integrative pelvic therapist with over 20,000 successful healings and the author of 5 books on pelvic health.
After struggling with my own pelvic health issues and realizing how little information was available to women, I made it my life’s mission to empower women to take control of their pelvic health.

I believe that every woman deserves to feel confident, strong, and in control of her body, without relying on invasive treatments.

I take an integrative, holistic approach that combines physical therapy with proven bodywork, breathwork, and exercises.

My goal is to give women the tools and knowledge they need to heal naturally and avoid relying on pills or surgeries.
